This is a clip from my recent interview with Thomas Homer-Dixon, where I asked him for his thoughts on the extreme challenge that our local, regional and national communities face with regard to the situations of homelessness and the insane housing and rental markets.
Thomas is the author of five books, including his latest “Commanding Hope – The Power We Have To Renew A World In Peril.” He is also a Canadian political scientist and the executive director of the Cascade Institute at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.
